Refund policy
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed since your order date, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Eligible Cases for Refunds or Returns
Refunds or replacements are issued only under the following circumstances:

Package lost in transit (with carrier-issued proof)

Package not delivered within 60 days from the shipping date

Package delivered to the wrong address (with carrier-issued proof)

Item damaged during transport

Item received with a manufacturing defect (not usable)
If more than 60 days have passed and the item has not arrived, a replacement will be issued.
Non-Eligible Refund Reasons
We do not provide refunds for:

Ordering the wrong size (all sizes are clearly stated on the product page)

General dissatisfaction with appearance, feel, or other aesthetic factors
Additional Non-Returnable Items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original method of payment within a standard processing period.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or lost in transit.
To request an exchange for the same item, please email officiallumelo@gmail.com and we will give you an address and instructions on which address you should ship the product to.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

Once your returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the giver had it sent to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Your Return
To return your product, please contact our customer support team by the Contact Us page or by email: officiallumelo@gmail.com and we will give you return instructions and address in less than 24 hours.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
